We are actively seeking vendors available to participate in our park events throughout the year. Your involvement is crucial to our collective vision and plays a pivotal role in fostering a sense of unity and camaraderie within our community.
If you plan to participate in multiple events, please complete just one registration form and include the dates and events you will be attending.
Registration Submission
Registration forms, documentation, and payment can be conveniently submitted to the Village Clerk’s office during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 3 PM. Alternatively, you may mail them to the Village of Fonda Clerk, PO Box 447, Fonda, NY 12068.
Vendor Fees
To assist you in planning, we are pleased to announce this year’s vendor fees: $70.00 per scheduled event or $50.00 if you book five or more events through 2024. Please note that payment for all five events is required to qualify for the discount. (Please note: Skeeter Creek Concert is $75 for all vendors.)
We encourage you to review the vending times provided and prepare to showcase your culinary delights to our park visitors. Your participation not only adds flavor to our events but also enriches the overall experience for all attendees.
